$0 Upfront Costs: There are no initial fees for the condo corporation, which includes feasibility and load studies as part of the service.
Operation and Maintenance: All maintenance fees are covered for the lifetime of the charger, and billing is facilitated through DashCharger’s cloud-based management platform, which also reimburses the condo corporation for electricity expenses.
Scalable Design: The system is designed to be future-proof and scalable, allowing installation at any parking spot with manageable load growth.
Activation Fees: Residents only begin paying monthly cloud hosting fees once they activate their charger, ensuring cost is directly linked to usage.

50% Project Cost

Natural Resources Canada's (NRCan) Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP) is offering up to $ 5 million per project to reduce the cost of EV charging stations for owners and operators:

· Level 2 AC: Up to 50% of total project costs, to a maximum of $5,000 per connector

· DC fast charging: Up to 50% of total project costs, to a maximum of $100,000 per charger

Launched in 2019, the ZEVIP Program is a key initiative by the Government of Canada, aimed at fostering the adoption of zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs) by addressing the critical challenge of insufficient charging and refueling infrastructure. As part of this initiative, the program facilitates the deployment of electric vehicle (EV) chargers and hydrogen refuelling stations nationwide. The focus is on enhancing accessibility in public places, streets, multi-unit residential buildings, workplaces, and fleet applications, enabling Canadians to conveniently charge or refuel their ZEVs where they live, work, travel, and play.
